“What an amazing hotel. The location is perfect. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We used The Harvest restaurant for breakfasts, which were among the best we have ever tried and dined at other on site bars and restaurants at the Crowne Plaza during our stay. A special call out to the manager, Mr Kumar who leads a highly professional team. Our rooms were spacious,the gardens stunning, the staff so welcoming and the facilities well maintained. We can’t wait to come back.”

“I stayed for three nights with the all-inclusive option. Breakfast and dinner were served at the same restaurant, so I got bored of eating the same food for three days. Lunch was available in only one restaurant. The all-inclusive package included a separate drink menu, so I ordered from that. However, the invoice the staff gave me upon checkout listed a lot of additional drink charges. I only ordered drinks from the all-inclusive menu, so when I asked why I had to pay extra, they cut the total...

“객실은 넓고 깨끗했고 주방이 잘 되어 있어 가족단위 여행객에게 아주 좋습니다. 수영장에도 슬라이드도 있고 각 시간대별로 activity 가 많아 아이들이 놀기에 좋습니다. 단점은 샤워물의 온도가 뜨거웠다 차가웠다 해서 불편했습니다. 또한 로비의 직원들은 친절했지만 레스토랑의 직원들은 별로 친절하지 않았고 눈을 맞추기가 어려워 추가 주문을 하기 어려웠어요. ”

“Great place for a family, friends, and couples. The staff was super friendly and knew your names. It was extremely relaxing and had an activity a day to keep you occupied. I highly recommend the beach Burre it was hidden away and so relaxing.”

“우리는 모든것에 만족했다. 호텔 직원들은 모두 친절했으며, 섬은 아름다웠다. 다른 호텔로 넘어가는것이 매우 아쉬울정도였다. 다만 딱 한가지 아쉬웠던것이있다. 우리는 항구로 돌아가는 배 시간을 e-mail로 분명히!!! 11시 30분으로 예약했다. 그러나 10시반으로 되어있었고, 그 다음 배편은 13시라고해서 10시반에 급하게 돌아가야만했다 ㅜㅠ”

“피지에 거주하고 있어 자주 방문하는 리조트입니다. 멋진 해변과 조용함이 장점입니다. 주말이라 부킹이 많았는지 직원들은 바쁘고 청소가 안되있어 체크인 시간보다 1시간정도 늦게 입실을 했고 심지어 예약했던 Deluxe Garden Bure 가 아니였다. 룸상태도 좋치 않아 문제를 제기 했고 방을 교체해 주길 요구했다..1시간 가까이 해결되지 않아 호텔스닷컴에 중재를 요구했고 리조트측은 정중한 사과와 함께 최상위 프라이빗 빌라로 업그레이드 해 주었다. 우리는 만족했으며 잃어버린 2시간을 잊을만큼의 충분히 즐거운 시간이었다. 또한 퍼스트 랜딩 비치 리조트 의 유일한 단점이던 부실한 조식도 많이 개선이 되어 조식을 먹는 즐거움도 더할수 있었다. 문제에 대한 신속한 대응을 해준 호텔스 닷컴과 퍼스트 랜딩 비치 리조트 & 빌라스 측에 감사 전합니다. ”
