“Great location, 20 min drive Southampton and from New Forest for walks. Lovely old pub, beautifully clean and welcoming. We ate in the garden and enjoyed our Caesar salad and burgers. Accommodation is in separate thatched building to one side of the pub and was quiet. Twin room (2 single beds) was huge with large walk-in shower. Breakfast cooked to order plus cereals, pastries etc on buffet. Coffee brought to our table. Staff all friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Only slight negative was...
