“The hotel”

“The Amway is an amazing hotel. My wife and I always stay when we attend an event in Grand Rapids. The hotel and staff never disappoint. The front desk staff always has an answer for me when I need something. Thanks again!”

“前台服務人員非常友好”

“Great staff. Great location. Clean”

“Excellent for bisiness trip”

“Would stay here again!”

“Booked our room thru expedited . In a miscommunication after delayed flight. Got into hotel at 3am to realize my reservation was no longer active . Staff at counter said he couldn’t do anything for me.”

“We could have done without housekeeping knocking early on our door. We arrived late the night before”

“Good”

“It was clean! We couldn't hear people in the hallways. It was quiet. Had everything we needed. The suite was adorable! Will stay here again when we come back to town! Only complaint... parking was a little pricey but almost worth not worrying about where to park.”

“I liked the shuttle service and the kind driver. Initially I was assigned”

“The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was excellent. The parking is expensive, $40 a night. And the room that they put our family in was in the basement! I didn't know that hotels had basements. It was a shocking experience. The window opened to the parking garage. Beware.”

“I have stayed at this property numerous times and it has always been a wonderful experience.”
