“프렌치 쿼터 / 버번스트리트 / 관광지 바로 앞이긴 한데, 아이와 같이 가기엔 주변 환경이 좀 무서운 곳입니다. 아이가 있다면 오히려 웨어하우스 디스트릭트 쪽에 숙박을 하고 트램을 타고 다니는 것이 안전하겠네요. 호텔 자체는 좋았습니다.”

“The location was perfect, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. ”

“Room downgrade and closed facilities – Not worth the price My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I was initially given a single-bed room despite booking a two-bed room, and the hassle of moving rooms the next day was quite inconvenient. “When I checked out of the Hilton inn New Orleans, the staff charged me $302.08 to the wrong room number. I didn’t use anything in this hotel. It’s not professional not to check correctly the room number so cancel this charge. I received a paper receipt with the guest folio from the hotel front. Upon review, I confirmed that that charge(302.08 )was incorrect. I ask to cancel the card approval immediately with Hilton Inn New Orleans. I send it this message in hotels.com on direct message BUT...

“Convenient location - bed & pillows uncomfortable.”

“The hotel was beautiful. One step off the property and you right on Burbon street. If you want some quiet don’t get the balcony get the room facing the pool. I had a great night sleep every night and I went during Halloween.”

“They gave us an unfinished room. The housekeeper staff said the room is not supposed to be sold. We just want a finished room but they tried to fix it while we stay there and we're unwilling to give us a new room. Finally we got a new room with lingering period about 2 hours. But nobody apologized. it was unpleasant experience not for Hilton hotel.”
