"Das Personal war aufmerksam und immer freundlich und bei kleinen Problemen stets um Lösung bemüht. Das hotel hat die richtige Größe für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Unserer Meinung nach muss nicht jeden Tag das zimmer nass gewischt werden, kehren reicht ift auch schon, die Reinigungsmittel riechen sehr scharf und das nachhaltig.auch das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und mit viel frischem obst.Die Lage des hotels direkt am Meer unschlagbar. "The hotel itself is clean, and the common areas are well maintained. One thing to keep in mind is that the location is quite remote — it’s not walkable to any nearby attractions or shops, so transportation is necessary to get around. Overall, it’s a nice property "

"Comparing this to the Maldives - All inclusive isn’t the best deal as you only get 30% off restaurants and menus outside the standard AI - Beaches are beautiful but public so expect to be hassled by locals selling things - Staff need training, not overly attentive and when making a complaint - not hugely responsive It’s a lovely hotel, beautiful setting but food options are limited in my opinion (even the truck for street food is very very greasy and unhealthy) *"

"Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "
