“Room was clean and whilst the bed was very firm I slept well. Breakfast was a delight and the staff very helpful.”

“No business gets everything right every time. No one is perfect. But, the way a business reacts when things go wrong is very important. We checked in for two nights and the first night didn’t go well for a variety of reasons, including an uncomfortable mattress, a dodgy shower control and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. These issues were raised with the front desk who upgraded us to a much better room without argument or question. Thank you. ”

“OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved.
