Great rooms with closet and Japanese style bathroom. Availability of laundry machines shown on TV channel. Great breakfast buffet. Japanese garden on 9th floor. Very responsive front desk. I stay at this hotel every time I have a late flight into Osaka, and it is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is helpful no matter what time of day it is, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of delicious food every time I stay.

Owner was very kind and helpful.

Stayed four nights at Mitsuwaya Hostel, great facilities, nice staff, cool people and the school across the street provided the best soundtrack for early mornings. Will be staying here again!

Great location. I’d stay here again

It a very nice no frills hotel; no fancy lobby or restaurant or bar. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable; almost too low for what you got. But note that even though it advertises an airport shuttle, it runs on a limited schedule, so check on that. Or plan to take the train, which is only one station from the airport. I would have had to wait over 3 hours for the next shuttle, so I hopped on the train. The hotel is just outside the train station.

For our first hostel experience!! It was great !!! It blew our expectations out the water !! It was clean and very comfortable !! Definitely, would book again:)

Staff was very nice and check in process was very simple. Shampoo and body wash in the showers were a plus!

Convenient location, friendly staffs, has a free public hot and cold tub plus a sauna. The gym is decently equipped most hotels don't have a gym at all in Japan and in Asia in general. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Was an easy place to get to! Everything was organized and clean. Close to a train station as well. Recommend for people who are traveling with 2-4 people.

We got a room with private bathroom. Rooms run quite small- it was mostly just the bed and bathroom! It had AC, so that was good. But I think it’s totally expected. All in all, we found this hostel to have great value and quality.
