"Excellent hotel in the perfect location! Great big bed, excellent view, staff was incredibly helpful! Only downside is the very basic decor of the bathrooms as well as the carpet being older in our room. Excellent bar on 36th floor with panoramic view of the entire city! An excellent choice! "

"I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis! The staff was super accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! The premises were clean and so was our room. The food was great (I ate at the bar, the restaurant, and the breakfast station downstairs). Everything was amazing and I will definitely be coming back when I return to Osaka. "

"My night at the Conrad was not only my favorite night in Japan, but it was one of the best night's of my life. The view is incredible... We were greeted by the kindest woman & we had a drink in the bar while we waited for our room. We stayed there for hours! "The hot spring hot tub is the best part of the hotel! Overall hotel is fine- nothing special for the price but for the personal hot spring tub, which was amazing. Food was ok, service was as expected. It’s no where close to downtown Kyoto but so many amazing sights to see around the hotel. If you want quiet - this is the place. "

"Pro: walking distance from hotel to Namba shopping district, train stations, and convenience stores. Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around."
