“The staff and hotel is Ahhhmazing. They just developed a restaurant and the food and drinks are good. I didn’t like the restaurant too much b/c they told me that I couldn’t bring outside food to the Lounge when they are in operation but the lounge is where the view is and I’m a hotel guest so I’m not going to eat in my room when I paid for the view… other than that everything was great. ”

“My husband and I just returned from a stay for 4 days at this resort for his birthday. We travel quite often, but it was our first time in Puerto Rico. Overall, the resort was great! Food was amazing! Staff was helpful and friendly! There were a couple of issues, but they were quickly rectified! The hold that was to be placed on my credit card at check in didn't register (due to a glitch in their system is what we were told), so I had to return to the front desk 3 times and swiped it each time -...
