“Staff at hotel and casino were great. Very helpful had answers to our questions. I wouldn't waste my time on the upscale restaurant Kellers, had reservations for 6:30pm. Hostess was busy talking to another staff member and we had to wait several minutes more, even after a waitress told her we were waiting. Then she takes us to our table and says our waitress will be right there to take care of us. Mind you we made reservation early before they got busy for a reason. As we sat looking over the...

“The staff was very kind and helpful. The bathroom didn’t seem very clean. Maybe it was just old but it looked dirty.”

“Had trouble entering my room due to the fact that the employee checking me in wrote down the wrong room number. Room was very clean and spacious and was very comfy”

“Ac was already on 66 degrees. Bathtub and shower were great and hot water was nice and hot very fast. Bed was super comfortable. Fridge, TV, microwave were great.”

“Facilities dated and maintenance delayed”

“There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again.”

“Good Facility, Great hospitality. The lady crew at check-in was so great. Room is spacious and clean and It offers their own Kitchen, which includes a full-sized refrigerator, a two burner cook top, and even a microwave so comes in handy to use. From my observation, this is the best choice for convenience and comfort, and value in Quad cities for your road trip. it's very kind of them, again!”

“The shower in my room was not working properly. Either scalding hot or ice cold. Needless to say a quick shower! Room was clean though.well my second room after I first walked into a room that not been cleaned from the previous visitors.”

“Our stay was good. Staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was clean, except there was a damp, musty carpet sort of smell that I'm sure wasn't helped by the overall summer humidity. Breakfast was very well appointed and attended to by the woman working there. Overall, would be back, but will hope for a fresher smelling room.”

“1st, gave run down roach room to aunt who is having her pumbinb done. She has a service animal, not a pet, that was brought to watch over her when she was alone for a few hours on the last day of the stay, a service animal who is housebroken, of mature age, and fully grown as well as trained. She contacted them prior to having the SA brought to her regarding the animal policy. Since my card was on file, I was charged 345$ in extra fees due to the 1, 5hr service animal visit. No damage...

“Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. The pool had an issue and was closed--which is not totally their fault but it was a huge reason we stayed there with our two...
