“Friendly staff Comfortable bed Excellent Room And spa Close To town And beaches ”

“We had a lovely stay at the Imperial. Although on arrival we thought the exterior looked tired and was worried about what the interior would be like. Nevertheless we needed not to be concerned as it is in a very good condition internally. Our room was a nice size and probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was of a good standard. One tiny complaint is they I had to.pay for the car park. Overall it’s a lovely hotel, nice staff and a very pleasant stay...

“Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean . However was very tired and need of a freshen up. Could not turn shower off so had to be moved rooms. Second room lock was a bit fishy and needed lots of pulling/pushing to secure locking ”

“The hotel itself was lovely however for someone with chest problems the heating being on constantly didn’t help with the breathing and the beds were really uncomfortable ”

“The 2 rooms which we have were absolutely awful….dirty and dusty and old. Walls didn’t see paint for years -some of wallpaper was stick together with tape ! We have mould and damp on the wall . My son vie from the window was bins and cars as his room was on the basement. Food was extremely basic and poor quality. Stuff smoking cigarettes outside and whole halls stink . You can hear drains all evening when people flushed the toilet. Walls are very thick so you can hear every single noise….Awful...

“Staff were all excellent. Food from Albert’s bar was OK, not very hot and onion rings were stale. Room spotless,but far far too small with the toilet almost in the bath.”

“I booked the room for my wife. She stayed at your premises overnight just to have a shower was very badly treated and your staff were very unprofessional all over a misunderstanding  ”

It’s not a hotel holiday stay they refused me my refund back the place was grimey underground is definitely cleaner !! Staff are useless piss takes I had insurance and still refused to pay me my money back after a week Of constant calls I finally got my money back !! Don’t trust this place !!”

“We had a very nice stay and enjoyed ourselves. The only problem we had was the lift breaking down a lot and took a long time to get fixed. We were only on the first floor and we did not ask not to have to use the stairs so it was not too much of a problem. We will come again.”

“Staff were all really nice, especially Ava our waitress. She went above and beyond. However there were a couple of waiters who did disappoint us. One forgot to put our breakfast order through, although he did apologise to us. The other one just seemed to ignore us and I had to go and ask at reception for a menu. Reception staff were all very friendly and polite. Overall would definitely go back there again ”

“We really enjoyed our stay , room clean and tidy , however the mattresses were too hard and room could do with up dating . ”
