“Mold throughout the shower. Disgusting! A "tear" in the wall next to the bed. Vey crappy looking. The sink faucet ran "hot" when you chose "cold". And visa vera. The wall outlet above the counter is coming out of the wall. No way to use it to plug anything in. Very dangerous. The body gel in the shower was empty all the way. Out side of a room and in the hallway (across from my room) was a bucket and wet floor sign. The drop ceiling above the bucket was gone and the water valve and line was...

“Expedia sold me this hotel room while it was still under construction. The hotel was barricaded around,”

“This place was magical. Rooms were clean. Same amenities as a hotel. Blow dryer available! Mini fridge and a sheet for blinds if you need. The snow falling in the early morning was the highlight of the cabin stay. Very beautiful! There were two campfires and snores every night from 5-1pm. Very cute! Cabins are about 50-100ft from parking so be prepared to walk in snow after parking your care. You can get closer to a loading zone to load things into and out of cabins if needed though. String...

“The house was perfect as the owners were very helpful.”

“Absolutely gorgeous property, the owner is awesome and can’t forget Leo the cat. ”

“Genuinely amazing place run by amazing people. We had a bit of a incident happen while we stayed here which was to no fault of the staff or property. The staff was extremely helpful in getting it resolved, fixing our accomodations, and even offering us a refund. We had an amazing time in the small cozy cabin. The included amenities such as dryfirewood and starters, s'mores packs, tea, and coffee were a wonderful addition and made campfire much more enjoyable . The cabin was equiped with eat,...

“The hotel is beautifully restored 1800s house with several unique rooms. My room had big bay windows that looked on to the street. Bed was comfortable. Shower was big and luxurious. Breakfast snacks were provided. Very close to Warren St and lots of shops and restaurants. Parking lot in the back was very small, but there was always parking on the street, but having to know which side of the street to park on that evening was annoying and I did see some cars with tickets who parked on the wrong...

“Confirmed reservation with General Manager of hotel 3 times after booking on Expedia. When arrived I was told by clerk that I did not have a reservation. He called GM and was told the room had a plumbing issue. Had to drive 3 hours to home and next day plans were ruined!”

“Very spacious and comfortable room with great bedding. One of the elevators was out of service and the staff went beyond to help us get our luggage to our room. Great staff and town to walk.”

“WM Farmer & Sons was a great boutique hotel. Location is amazing! We stayed in the Mercer suite & I would highly recommend. Great amenities, bed was unbelievably comfortable, and quiet. The common areas and outdoor space were beautiful. I will look forward to staying at this property again. We were there on a Wednesday and unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. Staff were great before, during, and after our stay. Absolutely 5 STARS”
