They have golf carts and bicycles to use. 3 very clean well kept pools. Breakfast was great as a meat eater but not many vegetarian options or gluten free options. “I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“It was our first time staying at the kapok. The staff is amazing and everyone was extremely kind and nice. We definitely felt welcomed. We also loved that the hotel offered breakfast…. Great location because we wanted to go to Maracus beach a few times before heading back to Los Angejes….the rooms were extremely clean and we will be back to stay at the hotel….Thank you to the staff for a wonderful trip”

“We stayed 4 nights while exploring the local nature. Our executive bungalow was spacious and very comfortable, right next to the beach, with plenty of seating inside and out. The restaurant and bar staff were very efficient and friendly, but room service could be improved. The quality of meals in the restaurant was very good.”

“Love the outdoor amenities, like the waterfall, hammocks, and the beautiful garden. However, the rooms need televisions and microwaves. When one has children, a TV would help with entertainment.”

“The receptionist was so welcoming and assisted us with breakfast when we couldn’t be there on time. Big up the chef for his delicious food, my child loves his fish in coconut milk and eggs 👍. Our room was generally clean and the environment as well together with, the fridge, microwave and Cable TV was in proper working condition. I would definitely recommend staying a night or two. ”
