“Very dated rooms, bathroom wasn’t particularly clean.”

“Sehr hilfsbereites Personal und bequeme Betten. Jedoch sehr hellhöriges Zimmer (sämtliche Nachbarn reden gehört). Frühstück ist ausreichend (klassisch, nichts besonderes), aber der Kaffee ist eine Katastrophe (Milchpulver für den Cappuccino)”

“It was lovely, clean, and service very good.”

“Great staff”

“Location was hood, quaint building, nice rooms, ease of parking. Good location”

“Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I was happy with my comfortable, quiet room.”

“Lovely property and really enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful, bar was lovely, room was spacious and homely.”

“Very helpful staff and a fabulous room.”

“Lovely rooms with streaming in the tv Nespresso coffee always a plus. Usual amenities, good food offer & reasonably priced. Highly recommend, lovely area with a local village store & post office which is great”

“The staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I did not eat at the hotel so can not comment on the food. It is a very old hotel located in an excellent area. The car park is only a two minute walk from the hotel and easy to find (I phoned prior to my arrival and was given excellent directions by a friendly member of staff). The hotel is definitely in need of a refurbishment but this did not detract from my stay. I would certainly stay again.”

“The hotel is a lovely old pub & breakfast is good. Our room was hot & thought needs to be given to improving the fans in the room. There are a couple of free, open 24 hours car parks within a 2-4 minutes walk. It's old so floors are uneven and there are a lot of half steps.”

“Fantastic place to stay next door to the Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. Friendly and beautiful. We will definitely return”

“Very friendly staff, evening meal and breakfast done to a high quality. Everything you need in the rooms including hairdryer”

“Great location and access to the area”
