“Overall the hotel was good but the seaweed smell was soooo bad that I would not stay there again. Also they do not offer any room service which was not the usual of tropical trip. Very big hotel so if you are not willing to walk 8-10 flights of stairs then this hotel is not for you”

“We were there for a week. Great resort with tons to do. Beaches were awesome, amenities were plenty and food was delightful. Really enjoyed the trip and the vacation. Deffinitly worth a return trip.”

“This place is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and make sure you feel welcomed at all times of the day. From the moment you enter the gate until the second you leave, you feel well taken care of. Also there are many amenities available. We enjoyed kayaking and hanging out on the beach and by the pool. There are many activities at the beach included in your room purchase that make it very worth it. We were happy not leaving the resort much at all.”

Did not have room cleaned by anyone even after requesting cleaning for 6 days. The ladies at the check in desk were not helpful at all with an issue at check in about the not getting the room that we paid for through Expedia, they blamed it on Expedia stating they did not have any studio suites only standard rooms and this is not true.
