“Quiet and clean, with friendly staff”

“The Carnegie is not only a beautiful hotel but always has exceptional customer service.”

“Everything was very nice and clean. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. Staff was courteous. We had a problem with our toilet not flushing properly but we reported it and the maintenance guy came right away and it was taken care of. I would definitely stay again.”

“The room itself was clean and well appointed. The hallway carpet needed to be replaced and the walls of hallway needed painting. Breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant.”

“For close to the same money you can stay at another property with more accommodating staff and more amenities.”

“Loved the location and the staff were great”

“The location was good: relatively quiet with restaurants, etc. nearby, not far from town. Has seen better days.”

“My family and I were in town for an overnight stay, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The room was extremely clean, the check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff were very welcoming.”

“Never again!”

“Appreciated the kitchenette and the good rate. The kitchenette has absolutely nothing in it but a stove, fridge, and tiny microwave. So you have to bring your own pans, dishes, silverware. Pretty quiet, bed comfortable enough.”

“The welcoming staff was so nice to be met by after a challenging drive. Room was clean, comfy bed, roomy bathroom, quiet. Nice selection of snacks for purchase and restaurants close by. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. I felt safe there.”

“Clean property. Great staff friendly and helpful.”

“This was THE WORST place I’ve ever stayed. The room was filthy. The sheets had not been washed. The floor hadn’t been cleaned. You could actually see gross streaks of something on the side of the fridge. Whatever it was was sticky. The water was ice cold, so no shower. The clerk was so busy playing a game on his phone he didn’t even realize I’d walked into the office. In the future, if there was a choice of staying at this hotel and sleeping in my car, I’d choose my car. You couldn’t PAY me to...
