“Overall experience was good. Instructions of where to park was unclear. A picture of the parking area wold have been very helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. There were pots,plates etc But no knives, forks or spoons ? Shower screen was off its lower rails and could not fix it. Noise from Asda loading bays was loud but fully expected so not a real issue. Wondered what the ear plugs were for ? We were more than happy with our overnight stay and will be booking again.”

“Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.”

“Very nice room, good location”

“Hotel is in need of modernisation very old and tatty furniture, hair in bath plug from previous guest, no soap, shower gel in bathroom you have to pay if you want it and at £134 a night i expect at least soap to wash your hands. Just a shame as it’s a perfect location but the hotel needs some renovations. ”
