Disney's Boardwalk, Bay Lake hotel rooms at the Motel 6

"The pool was super enjoyable a little packed at times but nice hours ! Staff was great, but especially Rob who made the stay super welcoming was super helpful and always with a smile and positive attitude ! Thank you for everything ! "

"My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were so clean and the beds are so comfortable. All of the employees at the breakfast are so friendly and welcoming but One of the employee’s (Ann Marie from Puerto Rico) at the morning breakfast was so nice and you can tell she loves her job. She assisted us and she went above and beyond for my family. The breakfast is so good and fresh. When we asked for toothbrush and towels they brought them to our room. I definitely would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. And we will be back. "

"Found food wrappers and a finger nail in the sheets. Bathroom sink was broken so water was everywhere when we washed our hands. The floor was not vacuumed. I was told I would not be charged but was. I have tried several times to call and get this taken care of. Hilton is the worse and I will never stay there again"
