I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand Busan and would happily stay there again. Coming from the states, we are so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a local hotel and not a big name hotel. This was perfect. The people who work here are so helpful. We needed to wash clothes and used our Papago App translator for all the signs (A must have in Korea for English speakers). Great lodging experience. As an American traveler, the shower was different from home, but I recognize that is due to visiting a hotel on the other side of the world, and not a shortcoming. I had an excellent experience. The location was adjacent from the Busan train station, which was very convenient. However, if you want to go to the popular beaches, you will need to arrange transportation.

Clean room and very central location to a main stop. It was great to walk around biff square, head back to hotel to drop things off and head right back out.

I loved this hotel! They were super kind and helpful. I thought it was so kind they would give us local recommendations and offered to call us a cab. They spoke english and were able to store our luggage before/after check out. The place itself was very clean and loved the bath tub. This hotel is right next to Jagalchi market so it can be kind of fishy but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Perfect for us to go to BIFF Square, Jagalchi, Gamcheon and Songdo cable cars.

This hotel was still very new, a little over a year old. Our room was very spacious and clean. The rooftop space was great with free coffee and water. The hotel also had free washing and drying.
