It was great! Check in can be kind of confusing since the desk is on the second floor but the entrance is on the first floor, but we did it with little trouble or hassle. Also, the (24 hr) laundry room might annoy some people, since you have to buy the detergent two floors up, and it's self-pay, two things I did not realize until I had already put my clothes in. Coming from the states, we are so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a local hotel and not a big name hotel. This was perfect. The people who work here are so helpful. We needed to wash clothes and used our Papago App translator for all the signs (A must have in Korea for English speakers). This hotel was still very new, a little over a year old. Our room was very spacious and clean. The rooftop space was great with free coffee and water. The hotel also had free washing and drying.

This is a really nice hotel in a very central neighborhood. It's a short walk to the Seomyeon Station so you can easily connect to other stations. It's also very close to Lotte Department store which a big landmark area. Our room was huge and very clean. The room was as pictured except for the overhead lights. Its a good location if you want access to public transportation. Check in and out is pretty simply and you can store your luggage if you need to. I enjoyed staying here.

Room was spacious, and clean. Bed was comfortable with queen size but would have been nice if king, however rare to get. Continental breakfast was fine and a good morning start. We had a little trouble locating the hotel as were other Browndots. Seomyeon Location was nice, and near Lotte department store, restaurants , convenient stores and subway stations. The hotel rate was reasonable and I would stay there again. Gimhae airport was about 30 mins away by taxi off hours.

Beautiful rooms with large soaking tub, shower and bidet in bathroom. Staff super helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

They were very thorough. We felt so welcomed. We were sent directions/map on how to get to the hotel once we booked our room. It was very helpful. We also tried some of the nearby restaurants recommended by the hotel and the food was delicious. There is also a washing machine/dryer on the second floor. Overall, we had a great time. I would stay at this hotel again.
