It was great! Check in can be kind of confusing since the desk is on the second floor but the entrance is on the first floor, but we did it with little trouble or hassle. Coming from the states, we are so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a local hotel and not a big name hotel. This was perfect. The people who work here are so helpful. We needed to wash clothes and used our Papago App translator for all the signs (A must have in Korea for English speakers). I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand Busan and would happily stay there again. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Grand Josun is an incredible hotel! The rooms are well kept and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is welcoming and are willing to help you at any time. We loved the location as there was a street full of restaurants across from the hotel and we were right on the beach.

Six star hotel. We loved this place and sad to check out. We are from Georgia, USA and generally blown away with Busan and the Haeundae area. The hotel was top notch, my 5 yo son loved the pool, kid friendly, we felt welcomed. Great energy here and you can feel the happiness from everyone including fellow guests and staff. I hope I’m right when I say we will be back!! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Amazing service and clean room!

Great lodging experience. As an American traveler, the shower was different from home, but I recognize that is due to visiting a hotel on the other side of the world, and not a shortcoming. I had an excellent experience. The location was adjacent from the Busan train station, which was very convenient. However, if you want to go to the popular beaches, you will need to arrange transportation.

Great location, laundry on site was an amazing surprise.
