" A wonderful little cottage with an abundance of character, boasting everything you need for a week (or more) away. With a large master bedroom, nice sized bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Nearby is a village pub and road links to Dorchester, Weymouth and others on the A35. The owners left contact details in case of emergencies, but otherwise were not intrusive. "Fantastic stay!! Easy to find and plenty of parking, property is deceivingly big set in a lovely a peaceful location. Lovely walks in a picturesque location. We most definitely will be returning. "

"Great property in a very quiet location. Really clean with a nice starter pack of drinks and biscuits, along with cleaning kit, dishwasher and washing tablets to get you going. Good communication when required, but the visit went smoothly so it was just for the welcome in this case. Will definitely be staying here again."

"This is not the Ritz - but there are some really good points - it's lovely and quiet - so a good sleep was easy. Take your own towels - ones provided were not great - I would also say take your own bedding. One major for a couple is the double is on a mezz and the toilet is down stairs - this didn't effect me as I was on my own so slept in the single room downstairs. Owner is lovely - and my stay in Sherborne very nice. Lovely place."
