"Super late check-in, but staff was really great. The shuttle took forever to pickup from the terminal - almost an hour waiting outside. but the shuttle back to the airport was pretty quick. I only stayed for 5 hours, but it was a nice room, closeby, and great checkin experience. I tried online checkin, but it wasn’t available - maybe because I booked with Expedia. That would be an improvement and imagine 30 guests on the shuttle all rushing to checkin, the wait can be long. "

"The line to check in was incredibly long. My kids and I waited about 35 minutes just to get checked in. After finally receiving our room and going upstairs, we discovered that the hot water was not working, the toilet would not flush, and the phone in the room was also not working. I then had to go back downstairs and wait in the long line all over again just to get the room changed. What was most disappointing was that there was no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience or make the situation better for my family. Instead of offering an upgrade or any type of accommodation, we were simply moved to another similar room. I understand that issues can happen, but I expected more effort to help make things right, especially considering the inconvenience and the fact that I was there with my children."

"Love staying here just wish they would update main lobby and pool cushions. So many people stay here the outlets in main lobby won’t hold your phone charger."

"The pool area was excellent, SaltFlower was good and fairly fast, and the location was perfect if you are attending something at the Anaheim Convention Center. Poppy's had good service and hit-or-miss food. "

"PROS: Our room was clean, the location is a 6 minute walk to DL security and the pool is great. CONS: The charge $75 for early check in. I've stayed at many hotels and resorts around DL and they always accommodate early check in. I finally get a call saying my room was ready, I got the key and went to the room to find the staff just starting to clean. Have to wait another 45 minutes. Lastly there's no bathroom at the pool, you have to walk across the parking lot to find one. I would stay here again, however it would only be if they have a great deal going on."

"They charged $15 for parking per car. There was not continental breakfast. And they charged a deposit of $120 that will take 3-5 business days to return. I'll never go back."
