"It’s a neat concept with renovated, spacious rooms. The property is an old drive-in motel with limited amenities. The neighborhood would likely feel unsafe to single women travelers, especially in the evenings."

"No parking, you have to park in a separate parking garage and the small walk there felt completely unsafe. The pain was chipping off the walls in our room and there was a smell of sewage that permeated the entire hotel. Not a safe area of Phoenix as there were people smoking drugs and screaming in the alley next to the hotel. The room was small. I feel like we paid too much to stay here given the condition of the place! The only redeeming quality was that the staff were kind to us at check-in and check-out."

"I purchased a king bed and was forced to use a queen room. Room smelled of Marijuana and the AC was loud all night. Additionally, the blackout curtains were worthless and the sunrise around 5:15am woke me up. Airport shuttle is once hourly, also not communicated, resulting in my having to pay nearly $30 for an Uber and nearly missing my flight. Staff was rude and inferred I was lying when told that I had been misinformed."

"The hotel was nice but I picked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. When I arrived I was told to use their app to order the shuttle for the next morning. I did and scheduled at 5am pick up. That morning at 4am I was notified by hotel personal that there was no shuttle and to find my own way, and pay to pay for it myself. I am a senior and never used UBER. I got to the airport and at 6am I was notified by the app my shuttle service was canceled. A very upsetting morning."
