“We stayed in family room with multiple beds. Room size good and still room for kids to play even with a cot added. Room showing some signs of age and not all beds comfortable Breakfast good and all staff friendly”

“Beautifully manor house just outside of Chester with plenty of free parking. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of space to relax in the bar area as well as a terrace. Good value for money.”

“Staff was okay., property was clean and room was okay. Parking was dificult most of the parking was full and the parking bays had worn away with time meaning people without disabled badges was parking in them leaving us to park further away then was good for us that should be addressed, a room we booked had no window in it which it should have been said or declared before hand it had no window as one of us has severe claustrophobia and had to argue to be changed to rooms which probaly should...

“The staff at the reception and breakfast were welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately the property was old and looks difficult to maintain and the initial room given to us smelt mouldy setting off my hay fever and partners asthma. Reception quickly gave us another room which was better. Shower and breakfast was nice and the stay was overall pleasant.”

“가족여행에 참 좋은 숙소입니다. 방이 조금 추워서 아쉬웠습니다. 아침은 훌륭했습니다. 굿”

“I’d booked for a room in the Queens Wing however was given a room in the Kings wing. The room was quite dated, the carpet was old and lots of wear and tear. The room and corridors were musty smelling. The reception and bar area have been refurbished since my last visit however the rest of the hotel still needs work!”

“Within a short walk from the centre of Chester. Good railway links to both Liverpool and Manchester. Nice relaxed atmosphere.”

“Overall is satisfactory even not perfect.”

“Fantastic location with added bonus of parking. Great central location. Excellent apartment. Everything amenity you'd require. Tracy was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you”

“There was an issue at check in regarding our family room whereby the expedia booking info hadn't pulled through correctly to the hotel. I would recommend emailing the hotel after booking to reconfirm everything. The family room was a decent size, although towels were stained and the free mini's were half used. The pool facilities were lovely. The pool was a little chilly, but jacuzzi very nice and warm.”

“맛있는 아침과 친절한 직원들의 응대에 만족합니다.”
