"I loved the old artistic decoration and flowers growing in backyard. The Pub served great food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and nice hospitality. What i did not realize I was too old for carrying my luggage on narrow steps; going out of room to bathroom or showering. I am done with college dorm lifestyle for my own safety of a possible fall downwards with my big feet on narrow steps. Sorry!"

Missold via the photos (not of the block and none of the room) and misdescribed - it is not a hotel and I wouldn’t describe it as lodging rooms nor a guesthouse either. "This is a house on a residential street offering rooms for rent. I arrived at the property and called the number on the front door. The respondent was not very customer friendly and had me waiting around for 3 hours. I was finally given a key but no code to lock the room until I called again the next day. The property itself is pretty run down, has very thin walls, has a lingering smell of food in the air and has no daily cleaning service. I would only recommend if you desperately need a room...

"Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again."

The shower cubicle itself looked unclean and was surrounded with mould. The pop-up plug in the sink had long since been broken and so would not stay in place to allow the sink to be filled. "Good quiet location, good facilities Parking can be a bit difficult depending on when you are arriving back home. I was working late night so parking was very limited when arriving back, but managed to park on the drive of the property. This could be best option to arrange to park there. "
