“My wife and I had the breakfast and dinner package and everything tasted amazing. The pool and lamdscaping areas were gorgeous. Our only issue was that the room and bathroom need to be updated. The shower we had was extremely tiny and narrow. There wasnt ventilation in the bathroom area either. The room did not have sufficient electrical outlets and had no usb ports. “I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Room was large, but the shower stall was a bit small. Would suggest a little shelf to store foodstuff. “The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. ”
