"Bed was really comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly once slight problem at check in was resolved (Hotel said that the room we had booked was not available and blamed Hotels.com for offering the room when none were available - we pointed out the the Hotel had been emailing us for a month and never mentioned any problem - eventually resolved and not sure but think we were upgraded). Breakfast was a bit disappointing for a Hotel if this grade far better alternatives close by! Room was comfortable but very dark decoration, which was a little depressing. Nice gym and swimming pool. Great location close to loads of restaurants and a few nice shops. "
