“The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and unfriendly. Every time I called with a question, they responded with attitude and were not welcoming at all. To make matters worse, we found three roaches in the kitchen area. I called the front desk to ask if they had a rodent or pest problem, and I was told yes. “The experience was only ok because we complained about our A/C in our room not working and it was really hot during the day. So when we came back if felt like we were outside and the only time it felt decent was at night. The resort was pretty good too. Staff was friendly but just wish we would’ve had a working a/c unit especially when having two kids”

You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Next room was better but still not great.. house keeping didnt come daily so we had to consistently call or go down to the lobby for towels or toilet paper. Nothing was open on the property like advertised. Which really killed our excitement because seemed like so much to do when booking. Pool was always kept at great temperature. The hotel was always kept very clean and I felt very safe there with the security walking around and the gates only...

“Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect.”

“The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.”
