"It was a horrible experience! 1.) No Shampoo or soap in the shower (after advertising it) Was anyone filling or cleaning??? 2.) Advertised Breakfast Buffet when they offer one waffle iron, that needs to be replaced, only dry oatmeal, cold cereal, bread and bagels 3.) Advertised a smoke free room when my window was wide open (assuming someone smoked there before I had the room) and it was FREEZING 4.) on the last day, had to climb up and down the stairway to load my 5 full bags and buggy. "

"Nothing worked. Key didn’t work had to go back down from the 3rd floor to get new keys made. They charge $25 a wrist band to go into the pool room EVEN IF YOUR NOT SWIMMING. Jacuzzi was broken. Refrigerator had mold in it. I was a lucky one my room was available but I watched many people come back and have to switch rooms because things were broken, uncleaned, and not working. Check-in is 4pm, pool closes at 8 so you got 4 hrs to get to your room settle in and run to the pool and swim before it closes for $25 A PERSON. Make sure you put all ppl coming on the reservation to get your bands free. Restaurant charged me for plastic utensils. One elevator worked. I could keep going but second worse experience I’ve had at a hotel. NOT coming back. Male staff member was simply delightful everybody else behind that counter were not as professional as he was. "

"Exhaust fan falling off the wall and baseboard in the bathroom fell off. Pubic hair on the wall in the shower. Chunks of something behind the beds on the wall towards the ceiling. Bubbles in hot tub had black specks so we couldnt even use it. Family of 6 kids stood in front of the breakfast bar for 25 min so we couldnt even eat breakfast. Is a great location and center to everything and staff was polite"

"It has been a while since I last stayed at a Best Western and I did not always remember them being the most clean, but this one was pretty nice and clean. The only issue was there were fire alarms the first and last night (@147am & 12am). The first was an actual issue, but the communication on when we could go back to our rooms was unclear. I am not sure why there was not some sort of an intercom update. Then on my last night the alarm then went off at midnight, three times. When I went down to the front desk I was told it was a false alarm. Again maybe something that could have been told through an intercom. When I asked if this would be the last one I was told "I cannot guarentee it". Just need some better communications. "

"Sami at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, down to earth, personable and gave the best recommendations on dining in the area. She even offered a shuttle ride if needed. The only thing that would’ve made it stay better was a deeper tub but everything else was AMAZING! Thank you for a nice nice out!"
