“Our bed literally had a burn hole in the blanket when we checked in and a burn mark on the shower floor. We immediately bought all new bedding and shower shoes. There were flies and ants in our room, crumbs and some sort of debris in the drawers, and our ac unit looked like it had been beat with a hammer. Asked for extra towels at one point during our 5 night stay, got told it’d be 10 minutes and ended up getting a knock on our door in the middle of the night (hours later) with 2 damp towels....

“La propiedad estaba sucia, la habitación apestaba a cigarrillo, no había agua en la regadera para bañarse, los pasillos para subir a la habitación estaban muy sucios, llenos de polvo y olían muy mal, el lugar olía muy mal no pude dormir, la ropa de cama y toallas estaban muy viejas y usadas, y habían insectos muertos dentro de las lámparas de noche.”
