“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I appreciate the complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, but unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing. We paid for a room with two beds for four people but were given one queen bed and a pull-out sofa. The room smelled unpleasant, the carpet was extremely dirty, and we even saw roaches in the room. The bedsheets had visible hair and stains. The pull-out sofa was heavily stained, had an unidentified whitish substance...

“The location is great. Uber into Chicago is quick and easy from here, and there are convience stores like Walgreens and fast food places within a walkable distance. While the room was a smoking allowed room, some air fresheners could used by the keepers so those rooms are awfully over powered by the smell. Maybe the same incense they use in their lobby, because that smelled amazing each time I stepped into the office! Staff (I only ever spoke with the lady at the counter and saw a housekeeper)...
