โVery helpful and provided a packed breakfast on both days as had to be out of hotel at 07.00 each morning. Room was very comfortable, clean and warm. Mine host and staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be booking again. โ
โConvenient for central stay in luton.
But very noisy with guest's not taking consideration for other guests.1 guest in court yard carpark for over an hour shouting on his telephone . And banging of doors .i felt it was a hotel used for the homeless and other private clients. โ
โBeautiful room, lovely bathroom. Service was excellent and really helpful and accommodating. Was my boyfriendโs birthday celebration and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which was so nice. Great location. Parking too which is great in Hitchin. Loved there was a kettle and tea facilities. Will definitely stay again. โ
โThe shower had some remedial work to the tiles and had mastic smeared along the joints, black mould had started to accumulate
The staff especially Acer and Gavin were exceptional, nothing was too much, they are a credit to your teamโ
