“i just had an overnight stay. i observed that it is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. I did not eat breakfast”

“Had to wait an hour because our room wasn’t ready at check-in. No housekeeping during our stay, trash piled up outside, and we had to track down housekeeping ourselves just to get fresh towels. Sand built up in the room since it was never cleaned, and the front desk staff was unfriendly and rarely acknowledged guests. Disappointing experience overall.”

“Amazing hotel close a short walk from the beach. Amenities were exceptional and unexpected- hotel provided 2 beach chairs and umbrella every day! Janis at the front desk was a joy to meet and we are so happy we found this place. We will be returning for sure!”

“Hotel needs to be updated and needs to stock supplies better, especially breakfast food items. Also, guest services needs to go through daily room service later in the more. People are on vacation and don’t want their rooms cleaned early in the morning.”

“Room renovation design is successful. Breakfast accommodations are pathetic - too small - overflow into entry lobby - we went elsewhere. Room AC cools room, but is very noisy. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom lighting is inadequate - no night light - can't shave because room lighting is behind your head when looking in the mirror. ”

“The Good: Location was great with newly renovated rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool and the hotel is accessible to stores etc. The Bad: Room service was lacking. Room was not cleaned for a day and another day we had to remind the staff to clean the room and ask for addition bal towels and comforter.”

“We loved our stay here! The staff was excellent and truly made us feel well taken care of, and the rooms themselves were great. A couple of small things worth mentioning: our TV remote wasn't working, which was a bit of a bummer since the World Cup was on and it would've been nice to catch some games while getting ready in the evenings. The floor was also a little grimy when we arrived, though staff came promptly to clean it once we mentioned it. I did also point out some dust under the beds and...

“Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected”

“Old disgusting room, but excellent location. For the price, I expected a decent room. Everything about the room was old and disgusting. The wallpaper was dated and peeling off, the mirror was tarnished, there were cracks and chunks missing from the wooden door, the bed had a stain on the top layer, and the carpet was stained and worn. The plus is that the hotel is right on the boardwalk and beach.”
