We were disappointed to find out that the spa was an additional £65 per person and didn’t think that was overly clear when we booked as otherwise we would’ve picked a different option. “I would normally say nothing rather than write a bad review but this place was so bad - the room in particular, the fact that no one cared and it showed , the lack of maintenance or bothering about customers , i think other guests should be aware. We could have put up with having to search for someone to check us in, the dirty carpets, battered dirty paint work, incredibly slow service , being made to feel an inconvenience for having dinner ( food was nice when we eventually got it) and not...
