โAn impressive looking property especially at night. The Concierge staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a good feel with lifts to both floors if required. The rooms are well appointed, modern and everything works well. The double shower was perfect. The spa is something else. โSituated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. โ
โEverything really good - except maybe our room could have been bigger but bathroom facilties very good and extra bonus of TWO working EV chargers for overnight charging.โ

โHad a fantastic stay! Mark was super helpful and accommodating. Couldnโt be closer to the local restaurants, bars and of course the castle. Everything was spot on. Also the breakfast was tailored to how you want it and was delightful. Would definitely stay again and recommend anyone else to stay here.โ

Good food,great welcome,lovely room with quality little extras,shower cream,shampoo,conditioner,a tray with an array of teas,coffees,even hot chocolate. Be sure yo book your table in the dining room early and try the Fishermans Platter to share.You will not be disappointed!โ
