We have stayed here twice now because the first time was a really great experience. Unfortunately it was the story of room and circumstance matters. Our first stay was on the third floor and we could barely hear any exterior noise. This time was on the second floor right above the restaurant and I suppose closer to the road way. You could hear everything, from the TVs next door, housekeeping slamming doors in the morning

Visited twice and was unable to obtain tour tickets. Could not pin the security guard down as to when to get the tickets. I showed up right before the tour time, and the office was closed. I showed up 40 minutes early, and it was sold out.
