"This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and the false fire alarm comes on and we had to go down from 21 floor at 4:50 AM. We stayed there before and had the same thing it was embassy suit at the time. Now there names changes to Hyatt. They should be send apologies and refund for that night ..."
