"I booked a garden view, and I was thrilled with spacious condition with great amenities. This is probably the best and most affordable hotel near Narita International airport that's so underrated. Breakfast buffet is great in super spacious dining restaurant atmosphere, and if you would like to experience onsen, pay extra 700 yen (go there between 4PM-7PM for nearly empty slot), and enjoy both indoor and outdoor bath. "This is an older European style hotel; dated but in a charming way (to me). The bed was firm which I can see being an issue for some, but it was fine for my two night stay. I took advantage of their free shuttle each day; it was right on time every time.
