"We had a great vacation. Room was nice, clean and the view was so good. Besides, Bongpo beach is just in front of this hotel, easy to get there. Rooftop pool was also nice experience. But the elevators are not enough, it was..like a war.....Need solution abiut this. Apart from that, it was great hotel."

Needs improvement: Looks like hotel is still working on renovating hallways. Keep windows clean to maximize views. Improve the food quality at the breakfast buffet. Fix crumbling concrete outside to improve safety. Loved our stay overall, and we plan to be back next year!"
