"The hotel is like staying in a palace. It is utterly charming with big chandeliers everywhere! The reception area is large & open with plenty of easy chairs to sit & steps up to the bar & lounge. Staff on reception & bar are extremely welcoming & helpful & speak English. Our room was large & airy with big windows & double doors out to a small balcony with table & chairs overlooking the garden. The bed was supersize & very comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space, hospitality tray & fridge, desk & 2 armchairs & coffee table. The bathroom was massive with bath/shower & sink/vanity unit. The toilet was in a separate room off the bathroom & also had it's own sink. The room had air conditioning which was great as it was 36 degrees outside! Everywhere in the hotel was immaculately clean. What can I say about breakfast? There was absolutely everything you could possibly want & to suit all tastes. There was a warm good morning greeting for guests by all the staff. Food was delicious, freshly prepared & staff made sure everything was replenished when needed. The breakfast room is massive, with a lovely outside garden area too so no problem getting seated. The hotel is across the road from the beautiful Schonbrunn Palace & gardens & the U4 is 5 mins walk away. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel, it made our stay in Vienna extra special & we would be delighted to stay here again."

"The room was so peaceful and cool, especially as it was mid to late 30s outside. They don't have air conditioning but a different system which keeps the rooms cool and they just ask you to keep the blinds and curtains drawn to keep it cool. We had a busy weekend travelling to the Grand Prix, but the hotel was the perfect base to return to each evening to just chill and relax. Would definitely return here"

"The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The pillows were perfect. The staff members were very nice and helpful. The location was great since we were using the train to get to and fro and all around. My only gripe is the amount charged to store luggage temporarily. It is a nice service, but there is no reason to charge that much for a storage locker."
