The building is a fantastic Victorian villa with lots of quirky original features and decorated really nicely. The staff are really welcoming. “I had one of the rooms that hadn’t been refurbished and my first impressions wasn’t great. There was condensation running down the windows upon check in, 3pm, the very transparent curtains were hanging off their runner, which I had to do a quick make do , by tying the hanging string around the track to save them from drooping! Plus my room was at the very back over looking the car park and a generator with an extremely frustrating hum kept me from having the sleep I desperately needed before my...
