"Ac is okay, pillow was given 3, but rather soft. Overall good location, good and decent hotel, but whenever nearby room door is closed, the air will make a loud sound to my door too. So when chambermaid is cleaning up rooms around mine, it will be endless slamming sound on my door too. "

"I gave an extra star for location ALONE. Faint smell of urine and smoke in the room. The shower didn’t drain and was above my ankles by the end of my shower. This location is in dire need of upgrades. I booked a King room and when I arrived they gave me a double bed room. I was too tired to even try to get it corrected and I truly didn't think the staff would care or listen. It was LOUD but ultimately fine for one night and thats it. The location was really the best part of this stay. It’s literally across the street from the beach and Golden State Park. "

"Love the hotel and all. Just a few things like there is no counter for toothbrushes etc to put on in the bathroom, and if there is a mini fridge that would be great . But overall was a good stay "

"I’ll take the hit for not better preparing myself for the terrible parking situation. For those that haven’t been in downtown San Francisco in a while it’s as disgusting and urine filled as ever. I wasn’t excited about the $40 tourism charge upon check-in even though I had prepaid on Expedia. And the staff said that it was a $20 overnight parking fee…… It was over double that…… the room was clean for the most part except underneath the bed was absolutely disgusting, and I only knew about that because one of my kids toys rolled underneath there. The continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. If you show up anytime after eight, don’t expect there to be anything. I do not recommend anybody stay here."

"Very clean room, beds little stiff, rooms big and updated, bathroom fan didn’t work. Everything else worked as it should. Parking was small and awkward but always had a parking spot. Front desk lady seemed to be in bad mood. Overall pretty good. Checking in and out was very easy . Free WiFi was nice cable tv."

"It felt like a boarding house. No common area to sit on a couch and relax. Our window opened onto an air shaft and no view. Neighborhood parking is nonexistent so only stay if using Uber. The bed and bath were clean. However I would not stay there again."
