“We were hesitant to try the Universal shuttle as it wasn’t a guarantee that we would get on the reservation time picked. The staff were polite and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Close to universal and plenty of food options. A restock of the kitchen utensils and just putting the A/C on a few hours before our arrival are the only suggestions I have. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again.”
