โOverall this property is great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Iโve stayed in another room at this property with a much nicer bathroom than the one we had this time. This one could definitely use an update.
Room service was outstanding. Tonia was so friendly and through our conversation found out we were celebrating our anniversary so she came back with a bottle of wine and a sweet card. She went above and beyond to make our stay special.
My only complaint...
โThe parking is valet only and a steep $50 a day but it was really worth it for the location. I didnโt hear the noise others mentioned. The hotel is gorgeous, every single member of the staff with outstanding and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable I almost wanted to stay in each day! Iโd definitely stay again. โ
โAlways an amazing experience. We have stayed at this location multiple times. There are multiple places to eat within 1 to 2 blocks. The marketplace is only a couple blocks away. It's only about a 4 to 5 block walk to Jackson Square. They have a great espresso and sandwich shop about one block down called envie. It's right down the on corner. And a bar right off the pool on the property. Plenty of space in the room and having a room with a balcony is definitely a necessity every time we stay....
