At first night, there are small accident that could be much bigger if it weren't for them. We lost our passport and cell phone. We were so panicked, at the same time, was surprised at their quick work. They were super kind, gentle and most well orgernized working group I ever met in Morocco. The service was top notch! Marwan and the rest of the gentlemen who worked there were incredibly helpful. “We had a marvellous time at this hotel. The location is what drew us to it. It's walking distance to the main Marrakech attractions and in a safe area. The garden is wide and one can find a quiet spot even if the hotel is busy. The staff are amazing. Friendly and help in any way they can. The buffet style food is excellent with European and Moroccan options alike. We had a junior suite with private pool which was wonderfully relaxing. The whole place is spotless! All pools are heated....

My only suggestion for improvement would be to either switch up the music played in the public areas of the riad, or not play music at all. It felt like we heard the same track every day. But that’s a very minor criticism; everything else was wonderful.”

“The hotel is an oasis of serenity. There is a lush garden with plenty of places to recline in the shade. There are pools filled with tiny turtles. There is a vegetable garbed to walk through, and on the other side a small pen with goats. The pool is large and clean. Our room was very large and decorated with mosaics and calming earth tones. The staff are very helpful, professional and polite. I would recommend this hotel as the perfect place to stay to escape the manic bustle of Marrakech city,...
