“Conveniently located in downtown GR. Walking distance to music venues and restaurants.”

“They declined our reservation. Even though it was booked for FIVE MONTHS. No call ahead of time or no email ahead of time to make us aware of any situation. They somehow overbooked their hotel. Idk how that happens when your amount of rooms dont change. Poor excuse. Poor customer service.”

“Stayed two nights and room was never cleaned. Had to call for toilet paper and more towels. When I complained at check out, parking fee was waived.”

“Very pleasant stay. No issues.”

“Helpful staff, very friendly. Cool club on Friday night. Walkable. Overall very good.”

“Very clean room and new hotel. The rooms are very nice.”

“Very cool hotel, clean, quaint. The room was cute and decorated very stylish. Good location for the event we were attending. Communicating with staff was easy and quick responses. Only downside: late in the evening another guest was singing in another room and we heard it in our bathroom? Kinda creeped us out. Luckily not for long.”

“Great place to stay”

“Clean, updated room. Electric cover plates were broken and not repaired. Breakfast was nothing special and they ran out of coffee 2 of 3 days we were there. Truck noise from the freeway was noticeable in our 3rd floor room but not too bad with the fan on full speed.”
