Hermit Island, Maine hotel rooms at the Motel 6

We booked our stay at The Federal just because it looked nice and seemed like a good price. What we discovered was a wonderful and chic hotel with an extremely comfortable room in a completely remodeled hotel. We’ll definitely stay at The Federal again.

Mr Patel is so kind and welcoming. I was able to check in early since my room was ready. The parking lot is spacious and I’ve always gotten a space right in front of my room. The room is super clean as are the linens. The appliances looked new and I like the breakfast in the morning as well as getting up earlier to grab a coffee if I don’t want to make it in the room. I will stay again soon when I visit my son at Bowdoin. Also the location is perfect.

Going to the Harraseeket Inn is like time traveling, but with the option of taking a smart phone and having the electricity to charge it. It's like that movie, "Somewhere in Time," like you've walked through a time portal by the power of hypnotic suggestion and an Expedia booking. If you’re looking for a quaint, charming B&B in a great little town along Maine’s coast, this is the place! The house, room, food, and neighborhood were all great!

The hotel is in the woods, with grassy area between hotel and trees. Our room had a patio with table and chairs. Would be a great place for quiet morning coffee. Also room for children to play outside. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

All brand new and done very nicely. Great breakfast!

The staff were excellent as was the accommodations such as the indoor heated pool and the breakfast. My wife and I were above all, very blessed to be able to have our "puppy-dog," with us!

It was just a great place to stay. Very quaint, the Inn keepers were very friendly and helpful with what to do in the surrounding areas. Lots of outlet namebrand outlet stores and of course the new LL Bean Flagship store. Which was amazing. Would definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay at the Greenleaf Inn. Although we only stayed one night the owner was amazing and welcoming! He gave us the best local recommendations. We also slept so amazing as everything was clean in the room and the bed was so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend (and stay a little longer!)
