I left my daughters's passport in the hotel and I didn't notice it. Very kindly they sent it with Courier without any charge of delivery.. Really thankful..

“-cons: I clearly requested quite room, but terrible noise made me crazy every night, even after 11 pm. And half board does not mean two meals are free. Some are charged.
-pros: Some employees such as waiter in Paraiso and waitress of brunch restaurant (I don't remember the name) were very nice.”

Das Essen war überragend sowohl in den a la cart Restaurants (was auch im Preis inbegriffen ist) als auch im Hauptrestaurant.
Alles ist picobello sauber.

“Es ist ein super schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die ganze Stadt. Einzige Minuspunkt. Ist das etwas abgelegen? Ist man wirklich auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen brauch oder sich ein Taxi holen muss. Und das Frühstück ist auch nicht so krass. Es ist sehr einfach gehalten, aber im großen und Ganzen war es einsuper Aufenthalt. ist eher was für Paare und etwas älteres Publikum. ”
“Sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage mit guter Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Auch ein kleiner Shop ist dabei, wo man alles nötige zu einem guten Preis erhält. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Bungalows sind geräumig auch wenn die Badezimmer etwas eng sind. Punktabzug gibt es dafür, dass die Liegen und Tische am Pool zu selten gereinigt wurden”

We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our stay. Everything was great and the hotel staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will go back again.”

Kurze Taxifahrt ins Dorf Malia, oder man mietet ein Auto, um noch verschiedene schöne Strände zu erforschen. (Potamos Beach mit Kalyva Taverna sehr empfehlenswert)
Einen sehr lieber 3 Beiniger Kater hat uns im Hotel begleitet… für Kinder einfach unvergesslich.
Einzig am Abend läuft, für uns zu viel Folkloremusik.
Aussicht, Sauberkeit, Pool waren fantastisch!

“What an amazing hotel this was, booked two rooms with a sharing pool and they were amazing, I called the hotel to see if they could make sure we got rooms next to each other, they sorted that for us, what a treat to have our own pool. The breakfast was great, loads of choice. The spa was wonderful, had a salt scrub and olive oil massage, very relaxing indeed! All in all we had an amazing stay! Thank you The Island Hotel you were great!”
“Wir hatten eine Suite und waren sehr zufrieden. Der eigene Whirlpool war das Beste in unserem Urlaub. Das Personal sowie der Service waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig. Der Strand vorm Hotel war sauber aber drin sind sehr große Steine also barfuß nicht möglich rein zu laufen. Zu Fuß erreicht man viele naheliegende Bars, Restaurants und Läden. Die Kleinstadt Cheronissos ist sehr belebt. Also wenn man Party mag ist der Ort genau richtig. ”
