Zero paper print copy find simplify checkin. Hotel is not a bank, no need to guard guest or their room like $5000 jewelry. "

"I loved the pool available at the hotel it was gorgeous and also so convenient to have hotel close to so many restaurants that delivers through food panda. A great family hotel and great having hotel staff available 24 hrs to help! Would definitely visit again."

Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I told then they should have called me and not let me check in and wait for an hr and a half!
