"The stay and staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. I didn't like the smell from the smoking section of the casino because you could smell it when you entered the hotel but not in the elevators and the rest of the hotel."

"Staff was very helpful answering our questions about parking, and about where the bus would pick us up for our Niagara Falls tour. Beautiful pool. The gift shop in the hotel was very reasonably priced compared to the gift shops in the actual park. The only negatives I could think of was that there were some crumbs on the floor of the room, and the plug to the bathtub was broken, but we also didn’t mention this to the staff, given how friendly they were, thy likely would’ve offered solutions, but at the time it didn’t seem worth mentioning. Parking is a bit abysmal Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would highly recommend."
