Ana and her friend who mend the place are super friendly.They switch my room to the ground level floor because I have problem with stairs. "I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......

"We stayed here during a family holiday. It is a perfect location between ischia porto and ponte. The hotel facilities are great and it was always spotless. The pools are lovely. In the morning the pool is in the shade which is perfect as it always the kids the play without the risk of being burnt by the sun. The best thing was that it felt very italian not british!"
